My Early Entrepreneurial Signs
My story is full of countless up’s, and down’s to talk about and hundreds of different essential elements that helped to shape my mindset. I will try to keep it brief providing links to specific video posts that I dive deeper into it.
Since very young I had this crave to read books and learn different stuff. I was never interested in the things I had to learn at school cause I thought of them to be useless for my understanding of making money and creating successful businesses.
I’m an introvert, and this essential element alone lead me to follow different paths and have radical ideas compared to other people of my age. A positive example of this pre-mature entrepreneurship sign was the day that my pediatrician back then asked me what would I like to do and become when I grow-up. Another example of this was that during the summer holidays I was thinking of how to make money, selling my old toys and going, at the age of 12, to help my father with his job working as his paid assistant.

The Harsh Reality Of The Corporate World
My first independent steps into the corporate world begun the moment I finished high school. It was a hot sunny day during summer in Greece when my father “commanded” that I should get out there and find a job no or don’t come home again.
I remember I went from a simple, fast food grill cook to managing the 3rd largest store, of the most famous fast food company back in Greece, in 1 year and some months. That helped me acquire tons of management skills and learn many things about how a large corporation operates.
After this and during my university years, I was changing jobs every six months. I did several part-time jobs at the same time from bartender to a waiter to promotions manager. In the promotions business I learned how to sell and removed my fear of rejection. I also worked as an insurance agent for about two years making it as the top 1st year rookie in one of the largest insurance agencies in Athens, Greece.
All this gathered experience, as well as my continuous crave for education gave me the ability to learn the needed sales and financial skills that would later help me get into investing, marketing and selling information products & consulting services. My journey as an employee, in the corporate world had a pretty harsh ending when I finally took the decision that I worth a lot more than my “dumb” supervisor and I decided to do something of my own…no matter how hard would this going to be.

The University “ByPass” & More Signs Of An Upcoming Entrepreneur
University was a real waste of time for me, enforcing my opinion that I wouldn’t be able to accomplish my dreams using it as my starting point. The education levels were poor leading me to find ways to literally “bypass” the exams inventing methods of how to do this.
At the same time I had big dreams for my life and great expectations that most people I shared with, could not follow me or relate with. I remember that back then in Greece, even my parents felt that my dreams and aspirations were not relevant to our family “average” standard of living.
I was always into the internet, following the technology news, etc. but I never had the idea of monetizing this passion of mine until…as of nowhere, this friend of mine presented me with the concept of internet marketing in Greece (which was non-existent at that time)
It was like light bulbs turned on into me. I was amazed and excited! So we began following all the great gurus back then, around 20010. I marched on, created an offshore company, hired accountants and did everything from Branding to SEO, Social Media, PPC, B2B…hell we even built a custom payment processor specifically for Greece.
However, thankfully (and I say this because things would have been very different) nothing really worked, because our target market didn’t have the buying power and we didn’t have the correct mindset, until…

Everything changed. And I mean everything
I was fortunate enough to find a network marketing company that really cared for the people, helping them evolve into true entrepreneurs, showing them the way and I realized that this is what I wanted in my life…Entrepreneurship was my driving element till now, yet I hadn’t really understood it – I was and far more than ever I am the guy who starts things.
I got into reading, tons of books about sales, marketing, motivation, business, entrepreneurship…slowly my mindset changed from the philosophy of taking to the philosophy of giving and creating new ideas & solutions.
In a totally counter-intuitive move I decided to leave the past behind me and move in Phuket, Thailand to begin a new life the way I wanted it to be. Since then I’ve managed to travel around the world, participate in marketing & business events with millionaires, build my local consulting business from scratch, startup several local businesses and live in an exotic place with the time to relax on the beach, anytime I want.
In addition to my Marketing and Sales Consulting clients, I started-up…CleanCar is an example of business I created from a simple idea and went on to do the marketing & general management as the CEO. Also, I’m doing pro-bono work, helping with media relationships and marketing activities, as a member of the Rotary of Patong Beach club as well as being a member of Professional Toastmasters to improve my public speaking and leadership skills.
In the process, I’m also investing in real estate — buying properties in Thailand while building a trading portfolio in Thai & US stock market. All of these came from 0…nothing…nada’…and if I can do all these stuff being a college drop-out who couldn’t adjust in a corporate world…your limit is the sky my friend.
I’m a restless entrepreneur – the guy who is always thinking how to start something – who craves for new business ideas, providing solutions to problems and building strong relationships with similar minded people.
