You see I know that human psychology and unconscious is trying to bring my body back to it’s previous state whenever I’m trying to implement something new.
For example I begun my training again after 15 days of no training…and my subconscious is trying to “sabotage” me because it wants to keep it’s previous state.
What you need to be aware is that whenever you try to implement a new routine, a new habit, a business strategy or whatever is new to your subconscious…YOU WILL face huge friction and resistance for the first 30 days…until this new thing you want to implement becomes a routine…a habit…
So, don’t give up right from the beginning!
